Orders from Italy

The parcel will be shipped by courier and is insured.

The goods are packaged within 2 business days.

The transit time of the courier within Italy is 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

If paying by cash on delivery (only Italy), the parcel will be sent within two days after having got the order.

Orders from EU-countries

will be sent insured, delivery time 2-5 workdays, time depends on country or shipping address.

For orders from abroad, the transit (delivering) time depends on country or shipping address, up to 4-5 days after reception of payment.

Damaged package

The goods are very well packaged by us. Slight damage to the outer packaging usually has no effects on the content.

If the parcel has been seriously damaged on transport, please indicate this on the couriers delivery form and sign it.

Please note: accepted with reservation.

The parcel is demaged (pressed, opened... or else)

Should be seen clearly from the outside, that the package is damaged to the extent that the content is useless, do not accept it and note on the delivery slip : goods not accepted,

heavely demaged, package open, completely crushed, content complete useless  or like.

Only if you do those notes, the insurance (shipping is insured) gets in force. Then contact us, we regulate everything else.

Remove the model very carefully from the original packaging to avoid damage.
